Wonderful experience

Very nice experience and nothing beats a dinner cruise on the Bay. The wife and I have done 5 or 6 of these cruises and we just love the service and the Hornblower. She's been remodeled and the touches were elegant and thought through that creates a special ambience. Highly recommend anyone to try it. You won't be disappointed.

The view outside of the ship and how the lights shine on the water, it was romantic. The cruise was definitely amazing.

The service was very good, the DJ was excellent, was have a lot of fun. Just the boat was a little late. It's perfect to go with a group of friends!

Cruise disappointment

The total experience of the entire evening I would rate as average. The food was average. It was buffet style dining and I tried a bit of everything. The meat items I tried were the fish which was a bit bland and the roast beef was tough as shoe leather. The only thing on the menu that I thought was above average and tasty was the mac and cheese. The bar drinks were a bit expensive. Music too loud. It was too cold outside to stand and take pictures for any length of time even though the city lights were a great view. The evening trip took us around the bay to the Oakland side not much scenery of looking at ships unloading containers. We had booked this same cruise 3 years ago food was great, outstanding music and the cruise went out to the Golden Gate and around Alcatraz Island.so we were a little disappointed this time around.
