What they advertise is what you get. No more no less. We were in town only for 4 hours and this was the best way to see and experience the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz up close in that amount of time. It was cold and very windy so bring a coat. Definitely go online and reserve your parking in advance at the Pier 39 parking garage. It saves a lot of headache. Great little souvenir shop at the entrance of Pier 39 as well.

The views were amazing and the stories were interesting. It was difficult to hear the speakers though so. Missed a few stories.

The cruise itself was fine, price was great and enjoyed seeing the sites. The recorded tour audio skipped throughout the cruise and the course around Alcatraz did not match with the audio.

Well the title escaping the rock is misleading. We thought we booked the tour that stops and walks through the prison. Their was so much fog you couldn't see anything. The sound track needs to be updated, hard to understand with the boat noise.
