   15 min - Alamo Square Park, home of the famous Painted Ladies, is understandably iconic.    15 min - San Francisco was the epicenter of U.S. counterculture in the late 1960s, and more than 50 years later visitors still get a primal sense of that era. While the neighborhood has notably changed since The Summer of Love—with a few high-end boutiques such as John Fluevog and the occasional chain shop, like Ben & Jerry's—the Haight, as its locally known, still retains much of its hippie persona and open-minded feel.     1 hr - Next, enjoy a 1 hour scenic Bay Cruise as you enjoy the city skyline, views of Alcatraz Island and sail under the Golden Gate Bridge. On the Golden Gate Bay Cruise you’ll discover the city’s colorful history and world famous landmarks with personal headphone audio in 16 languages. During the Golden Gate Bay Cruise, you may also experience up-close wildlife encounters including seagulls, pelicans, and sea lions. At times, you may see even harbor porpoises and whales.
